Your Shipments with ELRA

We bring the beauty of Mexican jewelry directly to your home, whether in Mexico or the United States.

1. Preparing your Order
Once you make your purchase, we take the time to prepare your jewelry with the care it deserves.

  • Preparation time: Your order will be prepared and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days .

2. Track your order
We want you to know where your jewelry is at all times! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number You'll be able to follow every step of your jewelry's development until it reaches your hands.

3. Important about your Address!
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide when placing your order is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping within Mexico

    • Express Shipping: $250 MXN / 2-3 Business Days

  • Standard Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Once shipped, your jewelry will arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days .


Shipping to the United States

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Standard Shipping: $20 USD

    • FREE Shipping! on orders over $100 USD .

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Once shipped, your jewelry will arrive in approximately 5 to 8 business days .

  • Customs and Taxes (Important Note for US):

    • Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival in the United States. These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These potential charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


Cancellations and Refunds with ELRA

Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected.

1. Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order only before it has been sent We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. For details and the cancellation procedure, please see our Cancellation Policy

2. Product Returns (Conditions)
At ELRA, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products. once they have been sent , except in cases of manufacturing defects .

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your ELRA jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. You have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to report the defect.

    • To report a defect, please email us at hello@elra.mx with your order number, a clear description of the defect and photographs showing it.

    • We'll evaluate your case and, if the defect is confirmed, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a solution: repair of the part, replacement with a new part, or a full refund.

    • The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless it has a manufacturing defect.

    • In general, once an item has been shipped and received in perfect condition (no manufacturing defects), it cannot be returned or exchanged.
